While I wish someone had responded sooner, I really appreciate you getting in touch and trying to make things right. The star rating has been updated and I’ll definitely be giving Vondis another chance now. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Vondis dog food is really good, wholesome & homemade food with real ingredients that keeps my dog healthy & full of energy, that’s why I’ve given them 2 stars and not 1. Unfortunately, the customer service has been patchy and then recently non-existent (Cape Town deliveries). There have been a few miscommunications and other errors - like sending too few food bags or saying they will deliver on a specific day and then not showing up, but these have mostly been apologised for and corrected (only when pointed out to them). But when I contacted them to say that their online payment gateway timed out when I was placing my order and then when I tried again it had zeroed my loyalty points - which were unused so I lost all that money off - they ignored me. Then again recently, when I brought it to their attention that they did not give me an item I ordered, this was again ignored. I followed up and it’s been weeks and still not so much as a response or apology from their side. Really disappointing. We've been out for walks before and she has walked herself to Vondi's and demanded that she get to spend a day at the daycare. The shop also stocks the most amazing treats and other pet supplies. Thank you Vondi's for being such a gem!
